Spa Etiquette

To maintain the serenity of the space, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phone off upon arrival. To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. Children under 10 are not permitted unless they specifically have an appointment for a treatment.


We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests. However, walk-ins are always welcome. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our salon and spa professionals, Due to the high demand of appointments we require at least 24 hrs notice when cancel or reschedule a treatment. A credit card will need to be provided when making your appointment and you will be charged 50% of the service fee if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, full charge for no-shows. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
